| Abstract: | This paper attempts to posit the current discrepancies that exist in the special needs
education services delivery systems in Nigeria, and wonders whether the system or
government policy statement is capable of ensuring the provision of appropriate and
adequate education to children with special needs. Useful suggestions on the need for a
new service delivery system that will guarantee efficiency to the provision needs
education service delivery system are made. |
