Abstract: This paper seeks to examine the implementation of Education for All (EFA) goals in special needs education. The concept and goals of Education for All (EFA) will be presented to set the tone for the discussion. The paper will also highlight some realities of post 2015 EFA in Nigeria. More so, the paper outlined the steps in creativity in implementing the EFA goals. In addition, some challenges as well as the prospects in the implementation of EFA will also be highlighted. Finally, the paper will outline recommendations for the creative planning and implementation of Education for All (EFA) in Nigeria.
